HOW TO COMPILE
  Overleaf:   New Project > Upload Project > choose the ZIP file. The compiler must be pdfLaTeX.
  Your PC:    latexmk -pdf template.tex
              (or: pdflatex, bibtex, pdflatex, pdflatex)
  Packages:   standard TeX Live / MiKTeX packages only (newtx, helvet, tcolorbox, titlesec,
              fancyhdr, natbib, orcidlink, algorithmicx, listings).

SUBMISSION
  Any clear PDF is accepted for review. For a double-spaced version with line numbers use
      \documentclass[review]{crestfield-article}
  This template is required for the final version after acceptance. The journal office fills in
  the volume, issue, year, dates, DOI and article number; leave those lines unchanged.
